TRICARE will require mandatory electronic payment of Prime enrollment fees (do I need to pay fees?). That means TriWest Healthcare Alliance may only accept payment by one of the following methods:

1. Allotment. Set-up a monthly automated deduction from the sponsor’s uniformed services retirement pay.
2. Electronic funds transfer (EFT). Transfer funds directly from your financial institution to TriWest and not as an online bill pay from your bank.
